We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the booking form, that is your name, email address, phone number, the type of event, the date, the venue, the show you are interested in, and your message. If you email or phone, we keep what you tell us.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you send the form, and our need to take steps at your request before a contract. Where a booking goes ahead, we also rely on the contract and on legal obligations.
Your details go to Fiona and her management. The website is built and hosted by Iris Web Media, who look after it on our behalf and only handle your details to keep the site running. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows. Records for bookings that go ahead are kept as long as accounting rules require.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or take a copy. To use any of these rights, see our Right to be Forgotten page or email us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
